The restaurant Le Stofflet offers a classic, sincere and refined cuisine that honours the ingredients above all. After gathering knowledge, honing his skills and gaining experience in various highly regarded restaurants, our chef Jean-Yves Massonnet returned to his first love; delicious and hearty French cuisine. After working for 8 years in his own Michelin-starred restaurant, Jean-Yves decided to take up a new challenge by honouring the Château Colbert with his culinary mastery. His cuisine is developed around his love of superb produce, including that of our region and our hotel’s kitchen vegetable garden.
The chef of Le Stofflet has composed various menus so that you can discover the essence of his cuisine. From Le Stofflet’s Terroir Déjeuner menu to the Louis XVI menu, all appetites and all tastes will find culinary satisfaction. This gastronomic journey can also be taken à la carte.

We welcome you every day for lunch from 12.15 pm to 1.30 pm and every evening (except on Sunday evening) from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
