The Château gardens are available for our guests during the receptions. Weather permitting, the aperitif may be served outside on the rear terrace, overlooking the Oriental Park. Alternatively, it will be served at table or in the salon depending on availability.
Beyond 10 people, the menu that we will have prepared together will be served obligatorily for all the guests.

Availability of the salons
Luncheon from 12.15 to 16.30.Dinner from 19.30 to 23.30.
Evening receptions may begin with an aperitif from 18.30. Prior to this time, a supplement of 150 € per hour will be invoiced.

The Dinner Dance is possible up until 02.00 in the morning, the legal time (hourly supplement 250 €/h after 02.00), with certain imperatives. The extension until 03.00 or 04.00, is conditional on the block booking of the bedrooms at the Château.

" Citizenship and Courtesy " footnote: a 02.00 or 04.00 departure calls upon your courtesy as well as that of your guests to avoid as much as possible the nuisance caused by a departure in the middle of the night: the banging of doors, raised voices, accidental klaxons, etc… We thank you in advance for your collaboration.
The decoration of the salons and the table plan is to be defined eight days prior to your reception in relation to the final number of guests.

The hotel
6 Prestige Bedrooms and 20 Classic Bedrooms are available, either for individual bookings, at the displayed rate in force, or as a block booking.

Optional complementary services
We will happily organise in your floral compositions for the centre of the tables, as well as compositions for the fireplaces, in relation to your budget.

Booking Procedure
Once our sales team has confirmed the availability of your chosen date, there are two necessary steps to follow.

The option
It enables you to reserve a date and give yourself time to make the contacts indispensable for the success of your reception without any financial commitment on your part. You will also be given time to take your decision and have priority over other interested parties.

The Booking
It becomes firm and final with the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the cost. The final number, as close as is possible, of the guests is to be communicated 15 days prior, to the reception.
The number of participants is reconfirmed 8 days prior to the date and will be used as a basis for invoicing.
